5.1. Orders are shipped via courier services.
5.2. Estimated delivery times:
- USA: 12–15 business days
- EU Zone: 10 business days
- UK & Other Countries: 15 business days

6.2. Non-personalized items may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.
